Is the expo free?
Yes. Entry to the exhibition and all eight conference theatres is free for anyone working in the public sector, for a highway authority or for a company in the roads supply chain. The awards dinner and some site visits are paid.
How do I register?
Register online on this site. You will receive a confirmation email with a QR code; print it or show it on your phone at the registration desk to collect your badge. Registration closes at midnight on 6 June 2027; after that, register on site at the main entrance.
Can I bring a colleague who is not in the sector?
Students and researchers can attend free with a student or university email address. Other visitors from outside the sector, including consultants selling to exhibitors, need a commercial pass at £295 plus VAT.
What should I wear?
Business casual. Safety boots and high-visibility clothing are only needed on the outdoor demonstration area and site visits, and are provided there.
Is there Wi-Fi?
Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the halls on the network NorthwayExpo; no password is needed.
Can I get a refund for a paid ticket?
Paid tickets can be refunded in full until 1 May 2027 and transferred to a colleague at any time. Write to tickets@northwayroads.example.
Who organises the expo?
Northway Roads Expo is organised by Northway Events Ltd, an independent events company based in Manchester. This copy of the site is a demonstration in the Bridged local stack, and the expo is fictional.
