More than 320 companies exhibited in 2026, and 78% of 2027 floor space was rebooked on site. The remaining stands are allocated in order of booking.
Stand packages
- Space onlyFrom 36 m². You bring your own stand build. £395 per m² plus VAT.
- Shell schemeFrom 9 m². Walls, carpet, name board, lighting and one power socket included. £445 per m² plus VAT.
- Start-up pod4 m² in the Innovation Zone for companies under three years old. £2,400 plus VAT, including a five-minute pitch slot in the Digital Roads theatre.
- Outdoor demonstration areaFor plant, vehicles and live demonstrations. Priced on application.
Sponsorship
Sponsorship packages include theatre sponsorship, the expo app, lanyards, the networking drinks on 8 June and the Northway Excellence Awards. Every package includes a stand and branding across the expo's marketing.

Exhibitor manual published: 1 March 2027. Stand design approval deadline for space-only stands: 7 May 2027. Build-up: 6 and 7 June 2027. Breakdown: from 16:00 on 9 June until 22:00.
